The Female Students Network Trust (FSN), in partnership with Diakonia, is inviting applications for a Consultant to facilitate a three-day governance and team-building retreat for our Board of Trustees and staff.

Key Objectives:

Strengthen collaboration, clarify governance roles, embed feminist leadership, and develop a post-retreat action plan.
Requirements:
Master’s Degree, 7+ years’ experience in strategic retreats, expertise in governance & feminist leadership.

Location: Zimbabwe

Duration: 3–7 working days (including 3 retreat days)

Deadline: 15 April 2026
