In 2025, with continued support from the African Women’s Development Fund (AWDF), FSNT launched a vibrant, multi-pronged initiative aimed at amplifying female student voices, nurturing leadership, and reinforcing policy foundations for long-term impact.
Key elements of the ongoing project include:
- The Pathfinders Documentary – A compelling video series sharing the journeys and leadership lessons of five former female student leaders who paved the way.
- She Roes Unplugged: Stories of Triumph Forum – An empowering space for intergenerational storytelling, where lived experiences fuel collective resilience.
- Empowerment Unlocked: Mentorship Matters Online Chat – A digital bridge connecting aspiring student leaders with seasoned women mentors.
- Organisational Development Workshop – A strategic session focused on internal policy reform and fundraising, building FSNT’s sustainability for years to come.
The project also includes a refreshed digital presence to expand outreach and deepen engagement.
By elevating student narratives and leadership, this project is more than a program—it’s a movement. FSNT is proud to stand with AWDF and young women across Zimbabwe as they #StepUp for change.
